Is this Pseudocydonia Sinensis? (Chinese Quince)

Bought as a whip a few years ago, just want to check as the bark looks different to photos I've seen. If you can ID many thanks!

yes, when it is older it will exfoliate and get smooth and patchy

I read there are 2-3 varieties of Pseudocydonia. The leaves look right, but the bark and branching do not look like mine.
