Is this a Chinese Flowering Quince?

I bought this last year and was told it was a flowering quince, but I am not sure this is the case. Can anyone confirm what this is?

Looks like a linden, definitely not a quince (Chinese quince or flowering quince).
FYI flowering quince is “Japanese flowering quince”, there’s no such thing as a Chinese flowering quince. Chinese quince is just “Chinese quince”.

Not a Chinese Quince. leaves are very "wrong" for quince. Bark usually is a give away. Chinese quince has distinctive mottled, exfoliating bark. It's present on most trees beyond seedling stage.
