Interesting Loblolly growth

Saw this on some relatives property. They cut all the loblolly pines around the area to put a metal building up other than this one. It seems to have some sort of mutation. Wanted to share. I don’t think it’s worth collecting but if it continues this kind of growth I think it’s a cool garden tree.

Cool! "Pendular" growth like this is rare on conifers, and if you manage to graft it onto root stock, you're looking at a garden gold mine.
Dangling varieties of any tree species over here are sold at a premium-premium, like 4x or even 10x the price of the regular specimen.
 
I appreciate all the feedback. @Wires_Guy_wires i think grafting would be good. I only have jbp for potential root stock at the moment. I think I may sacrifice one to preserve the gene as soon as I can. I think I’ll dig up some small loblollies this spring and grow them well for more root stock.
