Indian Banyan Tree seeds

My banyan seeds came in the mail today! The directions call for a well draining soil mixture. Does anybody know what kind of specific soil type I should get??

I'd start them in what ever seed-starting stuff they have at Lowe's. Then, (since you'll probably be moving them inside where you can water frequently) 100% coarse inorganics. Something like large particles of lava, perlite, pumice, etc. It'll make the roots "humid" rather than wet, and you'll be hardpressed to actually overwater.
