Imports appearing on Facebook and EBay?

There's a host of similar sellers on Facebook and eBay who seem to be selling what looks to be Japanese imports of pretty good quality for their listed price. (I've attached an old screenshot: currently the seller does not have anything like it in stock.)

Does anyone have experience with these sellers? I've never bit the bullet, as who knows if these are fresh off the boat and shoved into a pot to flip online. I don't think I have the horticultural ability to nurse a freshly washed imported pine, but no one sells white pines like these!

Are you sure they are already in-country? I would verify.

To be honest.. In this part of the world those are not cheap buys. So check local pricepoint first. And figure out where they are. If they are partially communicating in Japanese it might be shipped from Japan, and you will likely loose the tree upon arrival at the border.
