Importing Yamadori

Say I was looking to collect yamadori in Canada and then bring it back to Nebraska. What would I need to do? The USDA website said that I would need a Canadian Phytosanitary Certificate but I had trouble comprehending all of the legal text that followed. Has anyone done this? Is it possible/feasible/ridiculous?

Yup ... done it ... you'll need some assistance and on the US side you might find you need an ACE which is a huge pain in the rear to keep going .... you will also probably need someone to be your exporter ...

I'm sorry but I'm unsure of what or who an "ACE" is, if you could elaborate I would be most grateful!
