How to get rid of these insects.

This is my Sweet Acacia . I Noticed these very small bugs while watering today , I have some neem oil and Safer’s 3 in 1 insecticide. I Just wanted to have some feedback before I do anything. I really dont want to harm the plant, it seems to be doing fine.

Hard to tell because zooming in makes the blurry but I think they look like aphids?

Should get rid of them if so
They are up to no good

I would use the Safer 3 in 1
