How should I move forward with is?

have this boxwood. Looking for feedback on structuring, heres a pic. Was thinking bout taking the smaller trunk off, making it double and eliminating the crossing branch on top left, but been looking at it for days trying to decide. Any info would be appreciated thx

I don't think I'd take off the small branch yet, they grow so slowly you're going to have to figure out how to make the smallest tree. They take aggressive root work very well so get ruthless when you start. Put some wire on it before you cut and see what if anything you can move. I think I'd reduce the height of that heaviest branch as a start, leave some green, that is do not cut past the leaves. Cuttings strike easily if you want another one.
