Help!
Looking for advice…
I’ve got two Korean Hornbeams that are both behaving the same way.
In early spring, the buds swelled up, then froze in place. The trees look dead, but both are a bright, healthy green under the bark!
What to do? I assume just wait and see.
When do I give up on these guys?
Will trees ever look dormant through a whole winter, growing season, second winter, and then come back the second spring?
