Help w/ Plant Identification

Hello everyone!
I'm so happy I stumbled upon this great site! I recently bought a plant on an impulse buy, but have absolutely no information on it. What's worse is I can not even identify the plant! I've been looking at different types of plants that are commonly used as bonsai trees, but can not seem to match this little guy up with any of them. At first I thought it might be a pomegranate, but I doubt it. If anyone could tell me what type of plant this is, that would be great! This way I can begin specializing its care.

Those are horrid quality pics man/woman! Leptospermum scoparium is my guess.

Thank you so much for the identification! Leptospermum Scoparium certainly seems to match up! Now off to do some reading on it so I can get this little one in better conditions. Thanks again for your information, I appreciate it!
