Help/some spotted leaves

I have had this tree a couple years but don’t really know anything.
Some spots have just appeared on these leaves. Fungus? Deficiency?
I have no idea!

Looks like cicada damage to me. They come in all kinds of shapes and sizes and they're almost impossible to treat because they just hop off and fly away if they ingest poison.
Could be something else, but the cicada damage I find every year on my herbs looks pretty much the same.

I could see a cat gnawing em without breaking em too, cats are weird. Or even licking them.
