Could be Delaware, Maryland, Virginia. Or Maybe D.C. is the D, but usually Delaware aka “eastern shore.”

Ya, rather open ended. DMV is the DC/Virginia/Maryland (basically urban area around DC). Moke pointed out the correct sale.
