I started this ficus from a cutting in 2018
After it rooted I potted it into a plastic mesh cylinder. My plan being to let multiple roots grow long and gradually expose them.
Over a few years of cutting back the mesh, only the main root survived. The flexible root would bend from the weight of the top as it was exposed.
In March of this year I repotted into an oversize pot. I also added a large round stone, which will be slowly exposed.
Its in a high humidity grow tent and growing air roots. I haven’t decided if I will keep any.
