I've only had this Ficus bonsai for about a month. It's nothing crazy, but every day or two I see a 1-3 leaves turned yellow and are dropping off. Overall the tree looks really healthy. Is this normal? It's in the sunniest corner window I have. Could this still just be stress from getting shipped in a box in the middle of summer last month?

I wish I had taken a picture prior to brushing them off. Now it just looks like a healthy ficus.

It is adjusting to the environment it’s in. Lower light (sunlight even on a sunny windowsill is roughly half of what it is outside). Lower humidity also means the more leaves it has the more moisture it is respiring. It is trying to adjust to that as it wil until it reaches a point where it has optimized for those conditions.

Depends if the leaves are exterior leaves (bad) or interior (normal).
They seemed kind of random. I'll start paying attention.
Every other day to every third day. The pot seems kind of small and possibly compacted/rootbound in my inexperienced opinion.
If it was getting too dry, wouldn't the leaves more or less be all turning yellow, rather than random ones here and there?

No. It would drop leaves to try and forestall crispyness. Ficus can tolerate relatively dry soil and low light which is why theYes used as indoor houseplants.
