I repotted this into a rough mix of ~50/50 pumice and bark.

This was an air layer pulled off a bit early and left to root more as a cutting. Rookie moves wanting to gain experience with techniques that aren't necessary for the material or project in question... I had initially set it up as an air layer, then realized that wasn't really needed and cut it. At that point it had a single root with a small network.

It and I have been having our fun with mites this winter in the plant room. Between that, it sitting in fairly direct airflow from a fan, and my care efforts stretching thinner (due to too many projects and divided attention), it could use some attention.

Ideally, I feel I should've waited to do this until it was outside and growing well. Maybe closer to late spring/early summer here. Hopefully though, this will help set me up to better provide care moving forward. Incremental progress, or something.

It will go outside for the summer in a week or two.

This went outside in late May. It's now in full sun.

I'm still pretty new with the photography side of things.

The plan from here is to focus on building up vigor and health. I see room for personal growth in my practice around fertilization. I think the two will likely go hand in hand.

I'm open to feedback and constructive criticism.
