I have a golden gate ficus that I bought. I didn't realize the S was going to be as obvious as it is. I wasn't really sure what to do with it, so just stuck it outside to enjoy the last of our nice weather. I brought it in today and decided to take a look at the roots. There was a decent amount buried in the soil, and now I really, really don't know what to do with it, lol. I raised it up, and stuck it back in a pot, and will likely just let it sit quietly for the winter inside, but I'd love some suggestions for what to do with it in the spring.

Thank you!

If it were mine I would air layer the top to end up with a sweet little cascade/semi-cascade, depending how you plant it up. I would then see where buds pop below the air layer to cut back to for a second tree from the original base. IMG_0712.jpeg

You could also lay it on its side and make a raft out of it.
