Double trunk literati?

Not sure it would qualify being a literati since the simplicity of a tree is what makes it literati, twin trunk makes it more complicated, but I defer to others that may know more about it than myself.

Yep you can have double trunk literati. I have this photo that is a triple trunk but the concept is the same

I do recommend making sure you stay on top of needle plucking. Two of my bunjin got way too much trunk diameter this year because I got too busy to pluck needles.
