Difficulty finding balanced Fertilizer in Toronto

Anyone from the GTA able to find a balanced Fertilizer ? For some reason the Plant Prod 20-20-20 is no longer available anywhere I look. Anyone know where to get it or know alternatives ? Can't seem to find another balanced Fertilizer anywhere.

Would something like a 18-18-21 (miracle gro tomato plant food) or 10-15-10 ( Schultz liquid plant food ) work ?
