Did you know your iphone can do this?

I don’t think mine does.... because it’s a 2011/12 model... but I’m going to try.

I really used to do this alot….here are pics from 2013 and onward of my equipment and a Moon pic!
Seems I only go out a few times a year…….cold weather only as mosquitos at my current home are freakin’ killers….

That’s FANTASTIC!

A friend of mine had a large, blue rectangular telescope unit... it was old.. and loud! HAHAHA!!! It was pretty “clear”.. but not THAT clear.

Very fun……I really just enjoy sitting with music outside as the sky blacks out until I can see these night sky objects with all the equipment…….almost the best 2 hrs of the whole night relaxing while the darkness approches and stars start to appear.

The worst two hours for driving.. and “earthly vision” prove to be the best for “heavenly vision”.. I’ve noticed that, also.

Oh wow, so jealous of that telescope an the clear skies!

Mine was able to do a 30sec exposure. Here’s a photo with Cassiopeia just right of center

I always turn down the brightness or the accent button all the way near the base that way everything darkens at the stars really shine you might try that with your photo

Cool, I’ll try that out. I’m not stranger to photography, it was just a quick shot to see what would happen
