Atleast I didn't start on a great piece of stock...I only use a chainsaw and an angle grinder with a flap disc. If I'm going to keep doing Bonsai I need to join a club. After I picked a front I marked out where I was going to make my cuts but somehow I ended up with the carved section directly facing the viewer so I had to pick a different front....Needless to say the whole experience was humbling. I guess I got to start somewhere.

Here it is anyway....(I did seal the edges after I took the pic)

What kind of title is that for a thread?

Is there a problem with this tree. I think it needs some more carving, but I don't think it is bad. Just needs more anger thrown it's way.

Yeah....

There is no delete button on a chainsaw massacre!

I didn't attach the pic correctly and couldn't find a way to delete the post myself....So I changed the title to Delete please and started another one.
