Crispy leaves on Canyon live oak

Hi. I recently repotted this Canyon live oak and now the leaves have dried up. The branches are still flexible. Is it too late for it? Should I remove all the leaves? May it even be defoliated? I think it got a bit too much sun afer repotting. The warm weather has come upon us really quickly
