Contorted Camelia

Stunning bro!!! What's the secret to keep them? I have always wanted to try but been a little intimidated.

Hi Mile High, this was my first and it is pretty easy to grow, so far. Camelias are grown here every where in the landscape. I have it potted in 80% lava/pumice and 20% pine bark. If it looks like freezing temps for a couple of days, I set it on the ground, the roots are not real woody.

Beautiful! I started my own love affair with camellias a couple of years ago, but I need one of these for my collection. Born in Mobile and graduated from Auburn, so I'll always have a Southern heart!
Hi MRF, I grew up in Saraland, and currently live in Mobile, my wife graduated from Auburn, War Eagle!

I can root you a cutting, they root very easily, I may have one already and can send it to you if you like.
