I just ordered a package of replacement toothbrush attachments for a WaterPik. I understand many use the pressure cleaner for Dry cleaners but I find that one of these works real nice on the small plants. It is easy to control the throttle and pressure. Also if need be you can add vinegar or whatever you choose to the water -

I actually use a toothbrush and a squirt bottle. I can see that the brush attachment on this device might do the same thing :)

I was doing that until about two years ago. At that time I was very busy removing moss from a lot of small stuff. I find with this I can control the water pressure while brushing and have an easy on/off button in the handle. On a new hose assembly I have since discovered leaving it out in the sun for an hour or so before use makes it supple. After repeated use the hose softens well.
