How long do you normally leave the wire on before it starts biting in? For instance on those right side branches. I also have a feeling that you can just grown through mild wire scars that do happen given enough time in your climate.

Wire on and off in as little as 6 weeks in peak growing season. Longest is 3 months in slow growing time.
