Hello!
I have a chinese pepper that was inside during winter and was struggling. It now has green foliage but some of the branches have dried off that I did now cut. All around health is kinda okay. It has some new growth but it is not growing/growing slowlyyy.
He was replanted one month ago into inadequate soil for cactus. He was also root trimmed but the root bal in the middle is still very VERY root bound, so the new soil is only on the outside of the pot.
Can I replant him again and drench the rootball in water to loosen it up as it is still spring? Or should I let him be as he is for now?
