Hi all,

I have Chinese fir (Cunninghamia) and Judas tree (Cercis siqualastrum) seedlings which I have the ultimate goal of keeping as bonsai. Pics attached.

They’re currently indoors in propagators but don’t want to keep them inside longer than is healthy for them.

Both are about 6 months old, growing in a mixture of potting soil and vermiculite. Seem to be healthy as far as I can tell. Cunninghamia about 4-5 inches tall though needs support otherwise it flops down. Judas is only a couple of inches and lost it’s few leaves recently, which I presume is normal.

you’ve probably realised I’m not an expert by now. What should I do?

many thanks!
