Chinese elm white powder

This Chinese elm was just sent to me through mail recently. It arrived with this white mold looking stuff on it. Does anyone know the best method to getting this to go away?

I just don’t like using it in hot weather.

Just make sure to ask the seller whether they treated it with something before shipping. Your foto's is not clear enough to say for sure it was not already treated. My funigicides leave a white residu on the leaves.

The Bonide Infuse liquid that I find is for a hose end sprayer. What is the dilution for a spray bottle?
