I have collecting opportunity. It's a gnarly, carve-able looking maple stump. It has the growing habit of a trident or amur. Could be one or the other. Definitely not a red maple. Small leaves. Fine twiggy growth.

I was going to do it myself, but...I just dug up two other things, and ....nah. I think I'll let someone else do that from now on.

I have permission from the property owner, but I should stick around while it's being harvest to keep the 5-0 off your back. It's in a place which might rouse suspicion.

I would simply charge a reasonable fee for standing around while you extract it. $40.00. Or maybe lunch and a couple drinks. Something like that.

Let me know if any of you locals want pictures of it.
 
I've yet to take a pic, but from google street view it's from this row of trees. One has been cut down.
