My small boxwood came out of winter looking poorly. Mostly bronze to brown leaves which have gradually turned to yellow/tan and crispy. Today, I pulled it from the pot and the roots look really good, lots of healthy white. So, I scratched the bark in several places and it is all green underneath. I removed the last of the dead leaves and am hoping for recovery. What are it's chances this time of year?

I think chances are good. Can't comment on cold hardiness or winter requirements but I do know they are slow so it may still just be getting ready to grow again.

It will probably be fine. Wouldn't worry about it too much.
