Just wanted to give a special shout out to the folks at Brussel Bonsai's packing department. The absolute dumbest delivery guy delivered my tree. My wife watched as he literally tossed the box onto my front porch. I came home to learn that he had also placed the tree upside down. Needless to say, I was worried. I flipped the box over, brought it to the back and opened it up. Although I absolutely hate the mess that packing peanuts make when I open these boxes, I was really happy to see them protecting my tree. With all the silliness from this delivery guy, I don't believe I found even a single broken branch. Soil was nicely wrapped so nothing escaped. The tree was further protected by Styraphome, as was the pot itself. Tree is safe and sound.
