Bougainvillea pests. What poison or do I burn down my greenhouse?

Here’s the beasties. The bougainvillea is sitting against ficus, sage, acacia, and jaboticaba, none of which are affected. So I guess I don’t need to burn down the greenhouse.

Ive taken to using soap + alcohol solution. Works far better than soap and water for aphids. Doesn't seem to harm the trees.

25 - 50ml of alcohol, 10ml soap, top up with warm water in a 1 litre spray bottle.
 
Whats worse, the green guys or the dark guys... the dark ones seem to suck the sap out of my garden flowers faster and cause more damage than the green chaps managed by the ants who seem to be gentler and prefer tomatoes and veggies. The ladybirds are not hungry enough for my liking.

doesn't really matter here. The Q was what to do against them?
 
Imidacloprid is my go-to systemic pest treatment. These look like a combo play of mealybugs or maybe white fly plus aphids.
