Bonsai tweezers with blades?

I've seen these on Bossa Bonsai's youtube channel - they're tweezers that have a blade, so they can act as a snipper. See here:


I was curious if anyone has found these in the US? I found them on a Japanese site awhile ago, but I'm not sure I want to pay the shipping for a relaticely minor increase in convenience...
 
I saw distinct tweezers and scissors, but didn't see anything that could be confused for a mating of the two.

Shitty screenshot but you can see them here, that video link starts in the middle for me... this is at the beginning. They're definitely a thing and I could probably find the link to the Japanese site again...

I think they're used in some Bonsai Q videos as well, but I'm not digging through their many videos to find an example haha

I've never those here. I just use a pair of fine tweezers to pinch maple shoots
 
Kaneshin, masakuni etc all have them. Useful because they cut instead of crush, in certain operations when dealing with soft spring growth.
