Here's a blueberry one had since 2020. Just wanted to share and start this as a progression thread. Also, Leo or anyone else I have a pruning question with regards to ramification. I understand basic pruning but all I seem to get from this tree is direction changes and any bifurcation I think is just happening on it's own. Just curious if there's some little quirk or nuance (shout out Ryan and Mirai) that I'm missing. PSX_20230521_182551.jpg

Its been a year, I just noticed this thread. Sorry. By the way, before I spend time typing, Did Ryan give you feedback? and is the tree still with you?

note, use the form @ and then "the screen name" to alert someone to a post you'd like them to respond to. For example @Leo in N E Illinois then I get an alert message.
Thanks

I still have the tree it's doing well. It produced a lot of berries this spring so I've mainly left the growth alone. The Ryan shout out was just a joke because he uses the word nuance o.frequently. Still not certain I understand the best way to tackle pruning but at the very least it has survived what I've done to it thus far. I'll get an updated picture soon once I clean up my messes and dig out my backdrop.

That is pretty cool. I have a couple of lowbush blueberries in pots, I'll give it a go sometime.
