Does anyone know anything about Bill Valvanis? I ordered 2 books from him on 12/28 but have neither received them nor a notice they have been shipped. I received no response to an email and a phone call. can't understand it.
Bill has about the cleanest reputation of anyone in bonsai. HOWEVER he is a very busy guy - traveling extensively, attending shows, printing books, etc. I'm not close, but I have known him for 30 years. I am sure it's just a communication lag issue. I saw him at the Winter Show last month in Charlotte - so he is definitely still around.Does anyone know anything about Bill Valvanis? Hope you and the family are doing well Bill, wishing you the best!Sorry for the delay. My wife Diane got ill at the Winter Silhouette Expo in NC and spent a week in a NC hospital. Then about a week later spent another week in our hospital. She is working on the orders now. Thanks for patiently waiting. Bill
