Hey everyone wanted to try here to see if anyone was interested in this collected American larch. It's in a brown plastic training pot. It is in good bonsai soil. And has tons healthy buds on it. PM me an offer if you would like. Buyer pays shipping with whoever they would like me to use.

Will they survive in zone 7. I was always told it's too hot down here for larch and they had to be in very cold climates. Please let me know your thoughts on American larch, because I have always wanted one just thought it would not survive here.

Yes way to hot I'm in NC and it's been fine but requires a lot of attention to keep that way. Hoping someone up north will want it so it will be very happy.

it isn't so much the heat that does them in, as the lack of dormancy enabling cold. summers often top 30C hereabouts and, with misting and regular watering, mine grow like gangbusters. BUT that is tempered with a long winter's rest through months dwelling between -20C and -30C.

tonight's overnight low is forecast for -19C. happy st paddy's day!
