Also, Tokutake Bonsai & I (Sansokuu Arts) will be vending! Come check out a sweet event and say hi. We had some Oregon friends move out here so this is a good excuse to see them. But it would also be nice to sell stuff. 😉

Oops looks like we might not be vending.. Our colorado friends are an hour away and after a literal whole day of vending (9-8) we definitely wouldn't be driving anywhere. 😂 Will keep you all posted what we decided.

Do they still have vendor spaces or are they all gone?

No idea! Seems they are still accepting applications. I just sent ours in, in case we can go.

Too far for me but I am happy to see they got away from having them on memorial day weekend like they have the past few years which was ludicrous. Hopefully that continues.

Wompwomp, looks like we are not going. 😭 We only have so much headspace and time and unfortunately this show won’t work out. They are accepting vendor applications right now though with payment roughly due Feb. 1st. I think the tables are only $100, and the vendor event is open to the public! Vending is from 9 am to 8 pm, very long hours! So sounds like a possibly lucrative weekend.

I was just about to post a thread about this event when I saw that this had already been created. Unless there are objections, I can add some posts about the workshop material and artists to this thread rather than create a second one for the same event. Any objection @Sansokuu ?

Workshops are filing up quickly, but spots are still open. Visit rmbonsai.org/absdenver2023 for a complete schedule and registration!

Not at all!! Please feel free, and I do believe Bnut encourages keepings events to single threads. Unfortunately @NaoTK and I will no longer be able to attend this event but it sounds amazing and worth a visit! Not to mention the very long vending hours, and it is open to the public. Sounds like a good shopping/vending opportunity. :)

Awesome stuff and good opportunity to work on some really cool trees with great professionals! Wish I could come up and visit, but afraid I’d be a broke boy by the time I got home.
