Why didn't you use something sane like miracle grow like the rest of us?

But they accidentally sent whatever that sunniland fertilizer is.

The nature of this "happening overnight with a storm" makes me wonder if you didn't have some kind of blight pass through the area.

The trident maple looked super healthy the day before, now all the new growth is burnt up, dead/ black. it was growing really good with new shoots starting all over the plant. more than what I was expecting. Im pretty sure I had just noted that the day before this happened... so im pretty dissapointed.

The rest of the plants look better than the trident now, half of them were just getting over transplant shock and all that. it seems wierd to me the strongest one had the most happen to it and the small ones barely really look too different.

Im pretty positive they will pull through.
I guess Ill be more careful

The fertilizer is probably fine for any acid loving plants. The bag instructions are likely for in-ground use once a year. You probably want something closer to a teaspoon for a small pot.

This probably doesn't have minors, so I'd alternate with something that does.
