Alexandra,

was at a Car Show 2 weeks ago, saw it as Air Car Parts.
The guy had it hooked up for an addition to how a car engine works.
The display did come from Japan.
Looks like fun, but I believe it is pricey.

I went down a rabbit hole with these a while back. They are basically a kokedama built around a levitation platform. (edit to add: the ones in the video appear to be tiny pots, not kokedama... same diff though).

You can get the platforms for $50 on Amazon.

Keeping an accent plant alive in a kokedama is certainly something that some people can do for some amount of time. Sustaining a tree would require more time, patience, and know-how than I know how to provide.
