I bought a nursery boxwood last year and it had a less-than desirable second in the pot. I decided to hack it back to a very small stump just for fun. The only container small enough I had was a cut down, tiny plastic container which fell off about 4 times throughout the last year. Occasionally it would spill out. It toughed it out like a champ so I decided to put it in the only other small pot size that I had. Thought I would share it with you all. :)

Ignore the chinese elms...fiancee thought they were "cute" and demanded them in small pots. I like her so they are in pots...

"Babe, you're cute too, but I'm not gonna stick you in a pot!"

Don't worry, in a few years you'll want to put her in things besides pots....
Like the closet, a soundproof room, a box....

Just playingish!

That's a nice boxwood !

Thanks lol! The perk of bringing her with me to the bonsai nursery, the owner usually throws in the small ones because she likes them :P maybe she'll let me put one in the ground...
