I lost a few over the winter so I just let them grow this year to put on some thickness [I hope]. Not looking too bad. Next spring I'll re-pot, then I'll cut them all and work on some branches.
So it's looking pretty good this spring. I'm thinking it looks pretty dense, I've lost a few but not enough to thin it out. I'd hate to remove any when I'm sure I'll naturally loose a few more on the way. I'll be pruning for a little structure this year. Hopefully start on some ramification.
Didn't get any pictures of the leaf color this year. It was good, as usual. After the leaf drop I did a little pruning and cleaning up. I think it's coming along nicely. I like how some trees are reaching out for the sunlight around the bottom. The moss looks good too. I'll put it on the ground next to the house when the temperature drops. Now I wait till spring.
