#3 if FINALLY starting to put out shoots. This one was the last to wake up and put out shoots

There is a #6 and #7 but I have taken no pictures of them yet. #7 was saved from a brush pile last week so we will see if it makes it.

These are great, but why don't you create a separate thread for each tree? Otherwise it's gonna get confusing and hard to follow.

#7 this one’s already starting to push new buds. It has a ton of fine radial roots on it that filled out the diameter of the pot. I’m hoping it bounces back quickly.

I think I’ll just keep them all lumped together for now until I figure out which ones I want to develop further. I haven’t made up my mind on the ones I want to keep and the ones I want to pass on to other people.

So #3 took 3 months before putting out shoots? What's the average time? I just collected a few and am wondering when I should anticipate buds.

Yes, #3 took 3 months to put out shoots. The rest started putting out shoots at the end of March to the beginning of April. I think #3 was in shock. I literally had to saw the half the roots off in one go to get it flat enough to sit down in the flat. I’m honestly surprised that it sprouted.
