struggling

All of a sudden over the last two weeks my Juniper has started looking ill. It gets watered as usual. It gets fed every other week. I think it wants to be repotted as it looks like it’s crawling out of its pot. I think I need to repot it. I need to use the same pot as I don’t have a new one...
