Mexican Redbud (Nursery cull)

So my local nursery culled this Mexican Redbud ($169) with some other dead trees. I saw the growth at very bottom coming out. The center stem/trunk is dead. Thought it was interesting. So I asked what her price was. She told me "I don't want it, you can have it". Figured for a freebie it was a no-brainer.
